RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS

Full-priced items purchased through hipgeneration.shop may be returned for a refund or store credit if the return request is initiated within 15 days of order delivery. Please note the following:

  • Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Hip Generation does not provide return shipping labels.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Credit card refunds will appear within 1-2 billing cycles after the refund is processed.
  • Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
  • We only accept returns for items purchased directly through hipgeneration.shop. Returns for items bought from other retailers cannot be accepted.
  • For purchases made from Hip Generation‘s physical boutique, returns must be initiated directly through the boutique.

START YOUR ONLINE RETURN

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with retail tags attached.
  • Return packages must include a tracking number.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for us to process the return after we receive your package.

To initiate a return request, email [email protected] and provide your order number, the email address used for the order, and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

ONLINE ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, we have limited ability to modify it. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with any modification requests. Changes cannot be made once the shipment process has started.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

For in-store purchases:

  • Full-priced items are accepted within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with retail tags attached.
  • Items purchased at sale prices are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
